Organic beef topside or top rump joints, are ideal for pot roasting.
We usually cut our joints between 1 - 1.5 kg, of course we are able to cut larger joints if requested. Each joint is cut by hand and therefore the final price is a per kilo rate, not a fixed price per joint. Please ask if you have a particular size in mind and we will settle any balance, credit or debit on delivery.
