A uniquely soft and creamy, unpasteurised goats milk cheese made by artisan cheesemaker Haydn at Heath Grange Farm (1 mile from Roots!). This cheese is a delicious accompaniment to anything beetroot - a salad or a tart, the flavours are brilliant together.
