A Year in Flowers

It has been another gloriously busy year on the flower front for Roots. Our flower 'Instagram' @flowersby meg_at_roots shows the highlights of weddings, funerals, flowers for the Queen, back to growing our famously beautiful Sweet Peas and a brilliant summer masterclass hosted by Meg and her brilliant florist friend Carole focusing on wedding flower success.

The PYO was again enjoyed by visitors who picked armfuls of mixed flowers for parties and weddings. In 2025 we are hoping to offer some early PYO with a tulip patch planted right beside the farm shop, it will be an Easter treat we hope.

In May, Meg took to the stage at the RHS Malvern Spring Show demonstrating the creation of a beautiful urn of early summer flowers. It was a super day although one of the hottest on record for the Spring Show so it wasn't just the flowers that were suffering form the heat by the end of the day!

We hope to offer lots more in 2025 and busy planting up new perennials to wow our customers. If you are planning an event in 2025, why not get in touch?
